Orders & Deliveries
- Orders can be placed by email; by fax; or by phone.
- Delivery of items is subject to availability, and Kanga Sport can not accept responsibility or liability for any item it is not able to supply for any reason.
- Backorders will be recorded and delivered when available, unless otherwise advised.
Returns & Refunds
- All returns or credit claims must firstly be authorised by Kanga Sport and all returns or credit claims must be made within 7 days from invoice date and must be accompanied with an invoice or proof of purchase.
- Excluding faulty, damaged, misrepresented or incorrectly supplied items, Kanga Sport reserves the right to accept or reject the return of goods for refund or a credit, and also reserves the right to charge a re-stocking fee.
